The holiday apartments:All the holiday apartments are good value for money and are cared for by the owners. The rental apartments are located in the north of Mallorca, particularly in the Puerto Pollensa area. Capella apartment, Portabello apartment, Xyprers apartment (a duplex), Studio Llenaire and Geranios apartments are all in different select areas of Port de Pollença. This is a popular holiday destination of Mallorca for those who wish to be more acquainted with the island and it's people. All the holiday apartments are in quiet areas within walking distance of the beach, the centre of Puerto Pollensa and a bus ride or short drive to the old towns of Pollença and Alcudia. The holiday villas:Holiday villas to rent in the north of Mallorca. Villa Bonaire, Casa Lija, Casa Encantada, Casa Cocodrilo and soon to be added Casa Rosa (contact owner of Casa Lija for details) are all in the beautiful area of Es Mal pas and Bonaire ( close to the old town of Alcudia) overlooking Pollensa Bay with the most wonderful views to Formentor and the Tramuntana mountain ranges. Casa Encantada being in the Pto Pollensa side of the bay has views to Bonaire and the peninsular of Victoria. From all of these areas it is only a short drive to the old town of Alcudia which was originally the islands capital. Alcudia still has battlements surrounding the town and Roman remains from the original town built (129 bc) that are now open to the public. These areas of the bay of Pollensa are residential only and in the case of Bonaire, Mal Mas and Cocodrilo marina they border a protected forest and park land. It is not unusual to hear goats bells as they make their way along the mountains that are behind the villas. |
