This three bedroom holiday villa with a private swimming pool is situated in one of the best locations to be found in north Mallorca. All the rooms are light and airy, the master bedroom has air-conditioning and for the winter months the villa is fitted with oil central heating. This modern villa offers an exceptionally fine level of comfort. Each room opens onto a balcony or terrace with fabulous views across the bay of Pollensa looking toward Formentor and the Tramuntana mountains beyond. The villa also has the advantage of being within a 10 or 15 minute drive to the new golf course in Alcanada, the port of Alcudia, Puerto Pollensa, the old town of Alcudia, the old town of Pollensa, Cala San Vincent and the inland towns of Sa Pobla and Muro. Newly renovated and furnished in the traditional style of Mallorca. Overlooking the sandy beach of Llenaire, Puerto Pollensa. Llenaire is considered one of the select areas of Puerto Pollensa and certainly has the best white sandy beach.

The apartment is on the first floor and has a roof terrace with magnificent views over the beach and to the bay of Pollensa and the open sea. Furnished to a high standard with good sized accommodation for a studio.

Sleeps 2 people with Bathroom, open plan Lounge dining area and beautiful kitchen.

A hop skip and a jump from the beach with a first class restaurant on the ground floor, although this can not be seen from the apartment.

Xyprers is a very well appointed duplex apartment within 50mts of the beautiful sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa. Within walking of everything you need, restaurants Bars and Supermarkets. On the beach you can find sunbeds and umbrellas and bathing is very safe.

The accommodation is located ground floor in a small private exclusive block of 8 and includes swimming pool, outside shower and well kept gardens. This apartment also includes its own small private garden. The apartment itself is finished to a high standard and offers good size accommodation.

Sleeps up to 6 people, 2 bedrooms, full Bathroom and further WC, Lounge and dining area with full kitchen, microwave and utility room with washing machine.

Also can be found are TV, DVD, and HIFI and for those sticky nights there is Air Conditioning.

A great duplex in a superb location.

Casa Encantada is overlooked by the Tramuntana Mountains on the one side and the bay of Pollensa on the other. It is set in the middle of 3 acres of a mature parkland garden that is typical of North Mallorca, with an olive grove from which we produce our own olive oil. Around the lawns and palms there are ponds and many places to sit and listen to the birds. We are situated on the edge of a Nature Reserve where people come to visit from all over the world to see the abundant bird life. A river runs the length of the bottom of the property where Heron, Coote, Moorhen and Duck nest. The farm house (finca) is in a most private position yet only 1 km. from the sea, 4 kms from the ancient villages of Pollensa and Alcudia ( the original capital ) and 5 minutes by car to Puerto Pollensa.
